would like to say thanks to the 3 M’s at Oscar Jacobs (Mike, Matt and Martin) for selecting an immaculate M3 and offering it for sale.

From the initial contact I was treated with the utmost courtesy and respect which is not always the case in the used car market.

Any questions I had were answered promptly and accurately.

The sale was conducted seamlessly with any requests I had taken care of before the day of collection.

The guys made me feel so welcome with no pressure making sure I was happy with the car before departing on my return journey to Brighton.

If you are looking for a bespoke professional end to end service look no further than Oscar Jacobs. My experience of buying a Mercedes C43 from Mike and Martin was a pleasure throughout, from viewing the car initially with Mike sharing his extensive knowledge of cars and throwing some Saudi stories from old for good measure to sitting around the conference table with Martin negotiating the price, not at any point did I feel pressured or that ‘hard sell’ tactics were used. I don’t think that the word transparency is used much in buying  used cars but I would happily apply it to Oscar Jacobs.
