The Ghost’s success paved the way for the Series II, which introduced a host of refinements to enhance both its presence and performance. Visually, the most striking updates included re-sculpted headlights with uninterrupted daytime running lights, giving the car a more modern and assertive look. A subtle yet elegant “wake channel” was integrated into the bonnet, flowing gracefully from the Spirit of Ecstasy’s wings.

At the front, larger air intakes with chrome inserts improved brake cooling, while subtly revised bumpers and a more pronounced “waft line” along the side profile further emphasized the Ghost’s dynamic stance. Inside, Rolls-Royce focused on elevating both comfort and sophistication. The front seats were redesigned for enhanced support, while the rear seats were re-angled to encourage effortless conversation among passengers. The instrument dials and clock fascia were adorned with polished metal chaplets, inspired by the precision of fine watchmaking, adding yet another layer of refined luxury.
