Being a plug in hybrid version the Cayenne Coupe pairs 3.0 litre V6 petrol engine with an electric motor. You can accelerate (gently) up to motorway speeds on electric power alone, and drive for up to 27 miles (at least officially)before the battery is drained and the petrol engine has to cut in.
