I was in the market for another car and found a lovely BMW 320i xdrive GT on the Oscar Jacobs website. I spoke with Mike Ashmore who was not only very knowledgeable about the car but also very friendly and welcoming on the phone. I am fairly local to Oscar Jacobs but unfortunately could not visit the facility, Mike said this was not a problem as he would bring the car to me to view. True to his word Mike turned up with the BMW and it was just as described. We talked about a couple of little cosmetic issues and Mike assured me that they would be addressed, I agreed to buy the car there and then, not only because it was just what I had been looking for, but more importantly the way Mike handled the whole process for me from first viewing to handing over the car on the day of delivery.
I cannot recommend Oscar Jacobs enough. No pressure selling, honest and transparent, that really says it all.
